St Lucia Co-operative Credit Union League extends its heartfelt congratulations to our President, Mrs. Martina Belizaire, on her ascension to the Board of the Caribbean Confederation of Credit Union (CCCU). This placement on the Board of CCCU is a remarkable achievement as Mrs. Belizaire is the first female from St. Lucia to be appointed to the board of the regional body.

Although a proud educator and leader, Mrs. Belizaire has also been a co-operator for nineteen (19) years and has served as the President of the St Lucia Teachers’ Credit Co-operative Ltd. Her commitment and dedication have shown through her regional and international involvement inCaribeDe, CanadaDe and ICUDE.

This accomplishment not only highlights her personal success but also represents a milestone for gender equality and leadership in the credit union movement. The League salutes this amazing woman and role model, and we are immensely proud of her contributions. We look forward to your continued impact.
