Shayne Felicien

General Manager

Attorney-at-Law, Mr. Shayne Felicien serves as the General Manager of the St. Lucia Co-operative Credit Union League Limited. Mr. Felicien brings in excess of twenty (20) years of experience within the financial services industry, notably private banking and the credit union movement. A Barrister by profession, Mr. Felicien has also served as Financial Controller, Operations Manager, Compliance Officer and General Manager within the industry.

With this broad range of experience, Mr. Shayne Felicien will guide the League as it seeks to navigate the new regulatory environment placed upon credit unions. Through Mr. Felicien, the League will usher in new visibility and relevance for the sector.

Asha Mitchel - St. Lucia Co-Operative Credit Union League

Finance Manager

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Asha is responsible for monitoring the accounting portfolio of the organisation and providing direct support to the General Manager on the status of all accounting related affairs.
She maintains the record keeping of the organisation on debtors and creditors and coordinates the timely settlement of all payments.

Diana is a long serving staff of the League who is a dedicated and committed individual. With the guidance of the general manager, she ensures the efficient and effective operation of the organization and maintains a line of communication with credit unions and stakeholders. Diana supports the team through her dedication and professional service. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Australian Institute of Business.

Lana Emmanuel

Data Protection Officer

Ms. Lana Emmanuel brings 15 years experience in the financial services industry to the position of Data Protection Officer. Previously, Ms. Emmanuel served as the Card Services Officer where she was responsible for overseeing operations related to the UNICARD. In her new role, she is responsible for ensuring data protection compliance within the institution. She is also tasked with informing controllers and data subjects about their data protection rights, obligations and responsibilities. In her role, Ms. Emmanuel strives to uphold the credit unions’ mission of empowering members’ financially, delivering exceptional service and building trust within the communities.

Syim Phillip

Accounts & Research Clerk

Mr. Phillip has gained valuable experience in financial operations and member services through his work within the credit union movement. He currently serves as an Accounts & Research Clerk, applying his knowledge and skills to support accurate reporting and informed decision-making. He holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and is presently pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
