Shayne Felicien

General Manager

Attorney-at-Law, Mr. Shayne Felicien serves as the General Manager of the St. Lucia Co-operative Credit Union League Limited. Mr. Felicien brings in excess of twenty (20) years of experience within the financial services industry, notably private banking and the credit union movement. A Barrister by profession, Mr. Felicien has also served as Financial Controller, Operations Manager, Compliance Officer and General Manager within the industry.

With this broad range of experience, Mr. Shayne Felicien will guide the League as it seeks to navigate the new regulatory environment placed upon credit unions. Through Mr. Felicien, the League will usher in new visibility and relevance for the sector.

Asha Mitchel - St. Lucia Co-Operative Credit Union League

Accountant

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Asha is responsible for monitoring the accounting portfolio of the organisation and providing direct support to the General Manager on the status of all accounting related affairs.
She maintains the record keeping of the organisation on debtors and creditors and coordinates the timely settlement of all payments.

Research & Development Officer

Diana is a long serving staff of the League who is a dedicated and committed individual. With the guidance of the general manager, she ensures the efficient and effective operation of the organization and maintains a line of communication with credit unions and stakeholders. Diana supports the team through her dedication and professional service. She holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Australian Institute of Business.

Lana Emmanuel

Card Services Officer

Ms. Lana Emmanuel brings 14 years experience in the financial services industry to the position of Card Services Officer. A consummate professional, Ms. Emmanuel is responsible for overseeing operations related to the UNICARD. This includes troubleshooting and maintenance of ATMs to ensure maximum system functionality and quick resolution of any network related issues to minimize member impact. She also provides assistance to members’, addressing inquiries and offering guidance on optimizing card usage.

In her role, Ms. Emmanuel strives to uphold the credit unions’ mission of empowering members’ financially, delivering exceptional service and building trust within the communities.

Syim Phillip

Administrative Secretary

Mr. Syim Phillip is the newest member of staff. Having worked within the movement for a period of time, Mr. Phillip has a sympathetic ear for affiliates. He is responsible for the smooth flow of the office and is dedicated to supporting efficient operations and exceptional member service. Mr. Phillip is committed to upholding the credit unions’ values of integrity, reliability and member satisfaction.

Mr. Phillip holds an Associate degree in Business Administration and is currently pursuing a BBA in Business Administration.
